Apostle Kathy Johnson first spoke this insightful phrase at a United Prayer Rally she initiated on June 5, 2020. The Rally was called to cry out with one voice to God for Forgiveness, Mercy, Healing, and Justice for all. The phrase is not to replace nor compete with any other racially motivated or oriented phrase. This is a phrase associated with the power of love. The familiar phrase, ” Black Lives Matter” may be interrupted by some to be divisive because it targets one group of people; while “All Lives Matter”, to generic. “You Matter to Me” is more direct and personable irregardless of color or ethnicity. Apostle Kathy releases this phrase asking God to use it as a tool to heal, restore, rebuild, and to manifest true love as it is spoken in homes, churches, businesses, communities, schools, institutions, and among all who make decisions for the common welfare of others, all around the world.
