Prison Ministry
What an honor and a privilege to take the church to the prison. Jesus commanded that we visit those who are incarcerated. It is so exciting to see lives transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our monthly visit is a great blessing to us as well.

Love Outreach Street Ministry
Apostle Kathy Johnson, GSG Leadership and our church family literally take the ministry to the street! Praise, worship, music and the Five-Fold Ministry meet the Hickory community where they are! Profound is the WORD! Our GSG Family embraces the saved and unsaved in whatever condition they are in: homeless, outcasts, lost, backsliders, alcohol and drug abusers, prostitutes. Food and clothing are distributed to all following the service. Our Vision Statement is clear: Greater Shekinah Glory Church is a multicultural body growing with strong men, women and children impacting the world with the kingdom. We pray for a harvest of souls to be saved!

Care Groups
Every member is assigned to a Care Group. At GSG, Apostle Kathy Johnson and the church leadership care about you. Your salvation is the beginning of your walk at GSG, and we want to welcome you. Our leadership will strive to keep you informed as you become a part of our church body. Ministers are assigned to assist in caring for your spiritual needs as you grow, learn and develop in your walk with Jesus.
Miracle Services
Miracles, signs and wonders are not myths or stories that happened in the old days. They are biblical truths evidenced during the life of Christ and promised to us forever as it is written in Hebrews 2-4.
Prayer and Praise is Necessary (PPIN)
PPIN is a ministry established by Apostle, Dr. Kathy B. Johnson to bring Pastors and believers together to seek God through prayer and fasting in expectation of revival fire in this area and abroad!

Children’s Clothes Closet (CCC)
“An Exciting Opportunity to be a Blessing”! The GSG Children’s Clothes Closet (CCC) was created to help bring joy, love, and peace to the hearts of our GSG children; a very special part of our body of Christ. It quickly expanded outside the doors of our church, as children in the community need practical items that we often take for granted: clothes, undergarments, shoes and socks. Our goal is to model after our Savior, Jesus Christ, and use Luke 6:38 (NIV) as our guiding scripture, “Give, and it shall be given unto you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” If you have a need or desire to make a monetary or clothing donation, you are welcome to contact us. All used clothing must be washed, ironed or dry cleaned, and in good condition.

Healing and Deliverance Room Ministry
A Healing Room Experience at GSG brings forth deliverance, ministering to the whole man; spirit, soul, body; mind, will and emotions! We were all born with a sin nature. So many of us are burdened with strongholds and chains that seem to bind us. Scripture says, Satan’s goal is to “Kill, Steal and Destroy” our lives. Well, we have the Power and Authority, through Jesus Christ to rebuke and bind these attacks from the enemy. Jesus paid the ultimate price for our sin by “His Blood” on the cross. 2 Peter 2:24 reminds us that by His Stripes We Were Healed! Ordained Ministers at GSG are trained to assist you in a confidential experience that will “set you free”!

Heavenly Father,
We acknowledge that you are Lord of heaven and earth. In Your sovereign power and love, You have given us all things richly to enjoy. Thank You for this place to live in. We desire to make it suitable for Your dwelling. Forgive us for the ways we have allowed things to happen or be spoken in this dwelling that we did not take godly actions against.
With the authority you have given me through the blood of Jesus, I command every evil spirit claiming ground in this house to leave in Jesus name. I bind and cast out all spiritual host of wickedness in high places formed here and against this family. I renounce and command all foul spirits, curses and spells to go and never return in Jesus name. I also apply the blood of Jesus to all unclean activities, word curses and the like that took place before moving in this house. Please show me what objects you would want me to remove that defiles this place.
Most Holy Father, I ask you to now cleanse this house with your power. Now fill it with Your spirit. I ask You to assign guardian angels around this home to guard it from attempts of the enemy to enter and hinder Your purpose for us.
Today, I dedicate and consecrate, afresh and anew, this house unto you. May everything said and done in this house bring glory and honor to Your name. May those who visit it feel Your presence. May we be true people of God and not allow ungodly things to take place that are within our power to control.
We thank you Lord Jesus for honoring our prayers. We pray this in Your most Holy and Precious name.
Amen.
